Round table of the Estonian Shipowners’ Association for Maritime Organizations 10.09.1999.a. Luise tn in Tallinn Maritime Education Centre.
Together there were representatives of shipowners, ship mechanics, the Association of Marine Exhibitioners and Marinemen, the Club of Captains, the Association of Baltic Shipowners, the Association of Ports, the Marine Trade Unions and the Association of Marine Loots to discuss whether and what kind of "Sea Service Law" would be necessary and who should make the bill.
The issue related to the Estonian flag and the ship register and the maritime education were also discussed.
