Westmäki. Painting fortification before the First World War, defence station II:8 in Westmäki, Vantaa. The picture contains a concrete-leaved protective room. The steel bars supporting the roof have been exploded away, but the roof has remained intact. The depth remaining from the basements is circling the upper edges of the wall, and the roof continues to display the weights of the supports. The upper parts of the internal walls have suffered damage during the explosion. The walls of the safe room are painted with graphics. The floor is sandy and in the case of the rear wall rubbish. In the direction of the image is the dog.
