Laajalahti. Ensimmäisen maailmansodan aikainen maalinnoitus, puolustusasema XXXI:4 Laajalahdessa, Espoossa. Kuvassa on betonista rakennettu kaarevaseinäinen konekivääriasema. Aseman katto on jäänyt rakentamatta. Oikealla seinällä on konekiväärin jäähdytysvesisäiliötä varten tehty syvennys. Ampuma-aukon vasemmalla puolella näkyy aseman tukemiseen käytettyjä teräspalkkeja. Ampuma-aukon alapuolella puolestaan erottuu syvennys konekiväärin jaloille. Aseman pohjalla kasvaa ruohoa. Ympäristö on mäntyvaltaista havupuumetsää.
