Observation of the body and identification of body injuries, 1993 until 1993 criminal cases of violent death were investigated in the prosecutor's office. Unfortunately, the investigators of the investigation agency had not received preparations for investigations of such criminal cases. Before becoming Director of Võru Research Bureau, Raivo Sepp Võru worked as a senior investigator at the Prosecutor's Office, whose work included, among other things, the investigation of all killings and other criminal cases that resulted in violent death in the county. In order to train researchers from Võru's investigation office better to investigate these criminal cases, Raivo Sepp, the director of the investigation office, also traveled to the murder scene with the investigator.
