Operating vehicle management on the ice, training in Finland I, 08.03.1997 In cooperation with the Finnish police, the Police Office organised the operation vehicle management training for senior police officers on the ice. The place of study was Olavi Lempinen, the Finnish Police Police Police Coordinator.
