Establishing cooperation links with the Dutch police I, 17.11.1997 in 1997 close cooperation links with the Dutch police were developed. Especially with the Groningen region in northern Holland. Police officer Roel Fisher was the coordinator in the Netherlands, and Deputy Director of the Police Raivo Sepp was appointed as coordinator in Estonia. The final task was to conduct negotiations and prepare a cooperation agreement with the Dutch police. At the beginning of 1998, a cooperation agreement was signed between the police of the two countries.
