An annual meeting at Viljandi Police Prefecture, 1996 Annual morning staff meeting in a large hall was given an overview of events taking place during the day and the tasks ahead were explained. Other issues related to the police service were also discussed and acknowledged for the work done. Such a meeting format was operational and ensured daily direct communication between the police management and staff.
