According to Odrese (Lembit Odres (1989) Archive of the Old Paldiski Municipality Protection Agency ERA.5025.2.6501 & book 100 pictures (2003), photo 39, the drawing is from a bottle of kiles produced in Paldiski. The reference that Aleksander Promet made the original version (worked as art teacher in Paldiski in 1924–1925, since by that time the stacking industry closed and shoes in smaller demands or smoked, is unlikely to be the author) /Tiina Peil 2020/
