This is a miiting held on 24 July 1940, organised by Soviet officials and at the building of the Russian Embassy. On the board of the USSR Embassy, on Pikal Street, welcoming the "spontaneous" exit of Estonian Communists and workers Vladimir Botškarjov, Member of the KK Poliitbüroo and Special Representative of the KK in Estonia Andrei Ždanov, First Secretary of the KK Karl Säre, Paul Keerdo (au giving) and Secretary of the KK of the ECB John Lauristin.
