Southern Esplanade Street 20. The building has Cafe, Cafe and Conditoria K. m. Brondin o.y (the seller is poorly visible through the window). On the right is the Begrafningsbyrå advertisement and next to it is the Hautausing office. Architects Valter Jung and Emil Fabritius drew a house that graduated in the 1910s. The house was dismantled in 1972.
