The crossroads of Oikokatu and Nikolainkatu. Current Oikokatu 1 and Snellmanninkatu 27. On the right edge of the view Snellmanninkatu along the way towards the Senate. After dismantling this wooden house, this building was built in 1924 by W. g. Palmqvist.
