Armfeltintie 13, ns. "no house of ghost." Double-layered and mansard-like villa-style residential building. Facade to the northeast. At the north-east end of the building there is a round shaped one-storey erkermic outdoor with a bright square window surrounding the decoration. The outer water ceiling is shaped by semi-couple Colored pages scratched and partially purified from red. In facades white gypsum decoration and partly concrete lied topics. In the ornaments between the windows of the main floors, the grain subject. The plot is surrounded by a shattered stone wall. Designed by Onne Tarjanne (ent.Törnqvist) in 1910.
